Senior Engineer
FEA is seeking a registered Professional Engineer to perform full range of consulting services related to the assessment, repair, and restoration of existing facilities. Architectural, Civil (Structural), and Mechanical Engineering opportunities available. Experience in assessment, restoration/replacement design, and contract administration required. Mechanical engineering assignments include energy management studies, condition assessment of HVAC equipment, and replacement design of HVAC equipment. Civil and Architectural engineering projects related to concrete, masonry, roofing, waterproofing restoration, and structural analysis/design. Previous management experience preferred. Management opportunities available to qualified applicants. Strong project management skills required. Good written and oral communication skills required. Minimum 7-10 years professional experience.

Facility Management Consulting Project Manager
FEA is seeking qualified individuals familiar with the operations and maintenance of multi-building facilities for a position as Project Manager. The desired individual should have experience in the following areas: developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, re-engineering facility management processes, implementation of CMMS/CAFM systems, developing O&M and capital renewal budgets, conducting equipment life-cycle analyses, and performing maintenance labor needs analyses. Knowledge of electrical, fire & life safety, HVAC, and other mechanical systems is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills required. CFM, P.E. or other professional certifications are preferred.

Condition Assessment Project Manager
FEA is seeking Project Managers for our Condition Assessment Group. Requirements include strong technical and communications skills, and experience in evaluation of existing facilities for condition assessments and due diligence studies. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, professional registration, prior project management experience, and 5 years professional experience.
