Skyline Plaza CondominiumFEA was, and continues to be, contracted to perform consulting services for numerous projects at the property associated with the balconies, façade, and roofs. In 2002, FEA prepared an evaluation report and technical specifications for repairs to the balconies at the west tiers of the South Tower. FEA developed a scope of work to complete the repairs and provided contract administration services during the repairs. In 2003, FEA completed the same scope of work for repairs to the west tiers of the North Tower.
 

During the balcony repairs in 2002, FEA was requested to evaluate the exterior masonry wall and provide recommendations for repairs on the west end of the South Tower.
 

FEA was, and continues to be, contracted to perform consulting services for numerous projects at the property associated with the balconies, façade, and roofs. In 2002, FEA prepared an evaluation report and technical specifications for repairs to the balconies at the west tiers of the South Tower. FEA developed a scope of work to complete the repairs and provided contract administration services during the repairs. In 2003, FEA completed the same scope of work for repairs to the west tiers of the North Tower.
 

In 2003, FEA completed construction monitoring services for the roof replacement at the South Tower. FEA also completed an evaluation of the lobby and gallery roofs in 2004. FEA provided the technical specifications, bidding services, and contract administration for the roof replacement project.
 

In 2005, FEA completed an evaluation of over 750 balconies at the site. FEA worked with Skyline Plaza Condominium to develop a phasing plan for the repairs that will work within the budget established by the Condominium. FEA has been contracted each of the last five years to complete construction documents, provide bidding assistance, and perform contract administration services for the balcony and exterior restorations projects following the phasing plan implemented by the Condominium.
