FEA Completes Façade
Restoration on Air Rights Center
Fairfax,
VA September 21, 2005 - Facility Engineering
Associates, P. C. (FEA) has completed a façade restoration
project for the Air Rights Center – North Tower located
in Bethesda, Maryland. FEA performed evaluation and design
services for the project and assisted the owner during
construction. The construction value of the project was
approximately $390,000 and was completed over a period
of approximately four months. The restoration project
consisted of replacement of sealants and waterproofing
elements, as well as application of an elastomeric coating
on the exterior of the building to provide an enhanced
appearance.
