Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. was contracted by LaSalle Investment Management
to perform engineering services for a variety of industrial portfolios. The following
are a sample of the projects performed by FEA:
 Oklahoma
Industrial Portfolio; Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK - 16 buildings,
approximately 1.2 million square feet
Hagerstown Industrial
Complex; Hagerstown, MD - 3 buildings, approximately 500,000 square feet
Milwaukee Industrial
Park; Milwaukee, WI - 23 buildings, approximately 2 million square feet
Commodity Logistics
Distribution Center; Columbus, OH - 1 building, approximately 500,000 square
feet
Ace Distribution Center;
Hanover, MD - 1 building, approximately 300,000 square feet
FEA provided numerous engineering services including: due diligence assessments to observe the buildings and site systems; interviewing building management and maintenance personnel; reviewing available maintenance records; and design and construction documents and plans. In some cases, our services included invasive evaluation, design of repairs or replacements, construction administration, construction monitoring, and project management.
