Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA)

Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. was contracted by the Engineering and Maintenance
divisions of both the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International
Airport to provide a variety of facility management services. FEA was selected
by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as consultants with
expertise in the built environment, operations and maintenance of building systems,
facility management (FM) processes, FM automation system selection, population
and management. The projects were a task-order based phased approach to refinement
and evolution of the existing maintenance processes and computerized maintenance
management system (CMMS) in use by the Engineering and Maintenance Division.
As
a direct result of the work completed by FEA, MWAA has valuable management information
at their fingertips, directly relating to the condition and management practices
at their facilities.
FEA serves as a strategic resource for MWAA as the Authority
works to optimize their resources and maximize maintenance productivity while
focusing on best practices in Facility Management.
