The licensing and certification procedure is an intensive undertaking including a submittal/review process, background check, phone interview, and detailed review of reserve study experience. Steven Grant is a Senior Project Manager at FEA in Dallas, TX. Steven has been with FEA since 2001, spending over 10 years in FEA’s Fairfax office before relocating to our Dallas office. Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England. He has over 13 years of experience in design, assessment, and project management. Steven has participated in and managed over 250 projects for FEA, and specializes in facility condition assessments, cost estimating, building envelopes, capital expenditure forecasting, and reserve fund planning. Steven is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and has achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He is also certified both as a Reserve Specialist as designated by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and as a Professional Reserve Analyst as designated by the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA).
