Matt Kutzler – Manager of Engineering Services

matt-kutzlerPlease join in congratulating Matt Kutzler in accepting the position of Manager of Engineering Services. This key role in leading one of our two service lines is critical in helping FEA grow and prosper. We are proud and excited to be able fill this important position from within our ranks and by a talented engineer and leader.
Matt is a Penn State Architectural Engineering grad, Virginia P.E., and has been with FEA for over 10 years. Matt has been active in the Capital Chapter of IFMA as a committee leader, has earned a CSI credential, and has been a Senior Professional with FEA since 2013. We look forward to Matt’s leadership in growing the engineering business, providing new services, innovating, and delivering thought leadership in engineering services.

Matt Kutzler is a Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience in repair and restoration engineering ranging from field assessment of various building materials and components to design and implementation of repairs.  Project experience includes waterproofing, masonry and stucco building enclosures, balconies, roofing systems, parking garages, and asphalt and concrete pavements.  He has worked with property managers and owners to develop short and long term strategies that make sense for the life cycle of the facility. Matt has authored articles and papers related to contract administration, façade and parking garage maintenance and restoration, and hazardous materials testing.  He has also presented at international conferences for the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and RCI.  Matt is an active leader in the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) having chaired several committees in the Capital Chapter, the largest local IFMA chapter in the world.
