The workshop will provide the following:

- Assistance with identifying opportunities to more effectively use your current FM technology and evaluate whether emerging trends and best practices make sense for your facility
- The value of BIM for your facility, with a focus on information exchanges
- Guidance to determine what standards, guidelines and metrics are most relevant to your organization
The output of this workshop will be a customized plan to implement and utilize FM technology to operate and maintain your facility to optimize performance over the facility life cycle.
Cost: Our workshops are delivered at your facility at the cost of $3,000 per half-day and $5,000 per full day, plus travel expenses for the facilitator.
